A non-refundable deposit of $150 is due at the time of registration to hold the child/dog’s spot.
This deposit will be applied toward the total camp fee.
Remaining Balance:
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the first day of camp.
Registrations Within 30 Days:
If registering within 30 days of the camp start date, payment is due in full at the time of registration.
Optional Add-Ons:
Before care, after care, lunch add-ons, grooming upgrades, or other extras are due at the time they are added and are non-refundable once confirmed.
More than 30 Days Before Camp:
Families may cancel and receive a refund of any amount paid minus the $150 non-refundable deposit.
15 - 30 Days Before Camp:
Families may receive a 50% credit toward a future Social Pup service, program, or retail purchase.
No cash refund during this period.
14 Days or Less Before Camp:
No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made 14 days or less before camp begins.
At this point, staffing, supplies, planning, and camper materials are already locked in.
Because this camp involves dogs working around children, staff, and other dogs, every dog must either:
If a dog does not pass the Meet & Greet or is deemed unsuitable for the camp environment:
The family may receive a credit toward future training, daycare, grooming, or retail, minus the non-refundable deposit.
No refunds, credits, or make-up days will be offered for missed camp days due to illness, vacation, schedule conflicts, weather, behaviour concerns, or early pick-up.
This is important because camp spots are limited and each registration takes the place of another camper.
