$119/WEEK UNLIMITED DAYCARE

Q: How does it work? 

A: You will provide your credit card information, and we will charge your card $119+ hst every Monday for 6 weeks.  After that you can either choose to enrol in the regular priced Unlimited Daycare plan (new!) or purchase passes or pay per visit.

Q: My dog goes to another daycare, do I still have to do a Meet & Greet?

A: Yes. All dogs must complete a successful Meet & Greet prior to joining the pack. The Meet & Greet is a 2 hour appointment, where you will have to be present for at least 15 mins. Upon a successful visit, your can book your dog for daycare as needed.

Q: How long is the discounted promo price valid for? 

A: It can be enrolled in once and is good for 6 weeks.

Q: Can I pause or take a break during those 6 weeks? 

A: No.  Once the promo starts, you cannot pause it.

Q: What if I change my mind? Can I cancel my enrollment? 

A: Yes, you can cancel at any time.  No refunds will be given for a purchased week, but we will cancel the next payments going forward and remove you from the program. 

Q: Can I use my Unlimited Week on Saturdays?

A: No.  At this time clients on Unlimited Week cannot use their membership on Saturdays.  You are more than welcome to use a Daycare Package Pass or pay for daily use. 

Q: Will you offer Unlimited Weekly Daycare after the promo?

A: Yes. You are able to enroll into the Unlimited Weekly Daycare program after your 6-week promo is done.  The regular price is $169/week (only available for Monday – Friday.  Saturdays not included).

Q: I already have a Daycare package? What happens to those passes?  Can I get a refund? 

A: Your existing Daycare package will remain on your account and you can use them after the promo ends or use them on Saturdays.  Daycare passes are not refundable. 

Q: Do I still need to prebook my daycare days?

A: Yes. We still have a limited to the number of dogs we can accept per day.  You need to book your days or set up an expected reoccurring daycare reservation. This ensures we maintain the right ratio of daycare attendants to dogs.
