HOTEL

We have taken a lot of care in designing our hotel suites to offer your pups a luxurious home away from home. Each room comes with a comfortable bed, flooring, décor and individual light fixture. Live webcams allow you to check in with your dog whenever you want. 

Every effort will be made to offer you the choice of room, however due to demand, rooms will be allocated based on size of dog, i.e. a small dog can have a large hotel suite until a large hotel suite is required for a large dog. 

Luxury Suites - $85 per night (24 Hours)

Fits up to 2 Large Dogs from the same family OR up to 4 Small Dogs from the same family.

Luxury Suites - $95 per night (24 hours) 

When booking boarding during Long Weekends, Christmas/New Years & March Break, a premium of $10 per night is applied to our base rate of $85/night, for $95/night.

• Family Day Weekend: February 14 - February 17, 2025
• March Break: March 7 - March 16, 2025
• Easter Weekend: April 17 - April 21, 2025
• Victoria Long Weekend: May 16 - May 19, 2025
• Canada Day Long Weekend: June 27 - July 1, 2025
• Civic Long Weekend: July 30 - August 3, 2025
• Labour Day Long Weekend: August 29 - September 1, 2025
• Thanksgiving Long Weekend: October 10 - October 13, 2025
• Christmas Break: December 20 - January 5, 2026

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

We are also collecting a 50% non-refundable deposit (if cancelled less than 48 hours notice), at booking, that will be used towards your final invoice.  

*If cancelled greater than 48 hours in advance, i.e. cancelled 1 week prior to stay, your non-refundable deposit will be applied as a CREDIT to your account.  Credits can be used to pay for the following services: daycare, boarding, and/or grooming.

**Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, the non-refundable deposit WILL NOT be returned or credited.

Additional discounts available for stays over 10 days.  Ask for more details. .

Boarding rates cover 24 hours, i.e. 9am drop off on Friday to 9am pick up on Saturday.  Should you require a later pick up, additional rates will apply.  

Drop offs - 1 hour prior to close, no drop offs on Sundays

Pick up - Prior to close Monday to Saturday, Sundays there are 2 pick up times: 10AM or 6PM.

Holidays - no pick up or drop off

All dogs who wish to stay overnight must complete:

1) A Meet & Greet (2 hour appt  - FREE OF CHARGE)

2) A Daycare Day (Minimum 5 hours - $35-$45 depending on length of stay)

3) Must have all Vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella)

MONDAY - FRIDAY (all times approximate)

• Play all day at daycare
• 6pm - walk/retire to hotel suite/fed dinner
• 9pm - late night walk, retire to hotel suite

SATURDAY

• Play all day at daycare
• 3:30pm - walk, retire to hotel suite, fed (early) dinner
• 9pm - late night walk, retire to hotel suite

SUNDAY & HOLIDAYS*

• 8am - walk, fed, retire to hotel suite
• 2pm - walk, retire to hotel suite
• 6pm - walk, fed, retire to hotel suite
• 9pm - late night walk, retire to hotel suite

* Dependent on # of dogs, Sundays and Holidays may include play in dog daycare
